Job Details

• Salary range: $2000-$2500 (depends on experience)
• Working Hour: Monday to Friday (8am to 5.30pm)
• Working Location: Tuas (West area)

Job Description

• Responsible for processing customer orders and providing day-to-day customer support.
• Coordinate shipping arrangements with customers, forwarders, or respective service providers.
• Prepare shipping documents, packing lists, and other documents according to customer requirements.
• Sales Order Processing: Quotation, Sales Order, Purchases Order, Delivery Order, Invoicing.
• Respond to customers/ suppliers inquiries and requests through phone calls and emails.
