Position: Sales Coordinator (Smart home appliances) – Up to $3,500 + AWS | EAST

Location: East – Loyang Way

Working hours: Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm

Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,500 + AWS + Performance Bonus + Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits

Duration: Permanent

Industry: Smart Home Appliances

Responsibilities
  • Handling incoming phone calls professionally
  • Attending walk-in customers and providing basic sales support
  • Coordinating deliveries and liaising with drivers/customers
  • Responding to customer messages and inquiries promptly
  • Preparing and issuing invoices and delivery orders
  • Supporting sales activities and general administrative duties
  • Maintaining accurate records and following up on orders
Requirements
  • Minimum of a Nitec in Administrative field with at least 1 year of relevant working experience
  • Basic computer and invoicing knowledge
  • Able to multitask and work independently
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese speaking associates
