  Our client designs and manufactures scientific instruments for high-level research and development activities. Currently looking for a Sales Coordinator to provide support to the customer.
• Responsibilities
  
  • Prepare and process sales orders and related documentation
  • Follow up on order status and payment schedule, and liaise closely with Japan HQ, subsidiaries, agents and vendors both locally and overseas
  • Coordinate effectively with Sales, Finance, Service, and Applications teams
  • Ensure accuracy in documentation and email correspondence, preventing errors and maintaining smooth operations
  • Support team functions and assist with ad-hoc tasks (e.g. phone support, sales-related activities or internal events)

Senior Engineer – Overview

Our client is the regional office of a leading Japanese company specializing in advanced materials for the semiconductor, electronics, and automotive industries. They provide high-performance materials, components, and technical solutions across these sectors. This role of a Senior Engineer is responsible for driving Key Media Parameters Improvements, both RW and Defect by analyzing Hard Disk Drive (HDD) Components (Head/Media, H-M Matching, Drive Optimization).

You will be reporting to Program Management Manager.

Senior Engineer – Responsibilities

• Lead Data Analysis for Customer and Internal Team Purposes relating to H-M Matching & HDD Optimization
• Isolate Head & Media Component effect in HDD optimization
• Identify KPIV/Media Parameters that affect HDD Performance (Passrate/EC FR, HDD RW & Defect Performance)
• Develop a Modeling to predict HDD Performance in Media Development Stage, (KPIV/Parameter Matrix) as Media Parameter Monitoring.
• Close Collaborate with R&D Team on HDD-Media Analysis Results & Findings.
• Support RTV FA and discuss with Internal for Root cause analysis and Improvement action
