Sales Coordinator/ Customer Service Executive Cum Admin
  • $2,300 - $2800 basic + Variable bonus + AWS
  • Working Location: Kampong Ampat (MacPherson)
  • Working Days/Timings: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
  • Entry level are welcome
Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Support and Communication: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, handle inbound calls and emails professionally, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Coordination and Administrative Duties: Collaborate with warehouse staff, follow management directives, and perform daily administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Supporting Retail Stores : coordinating with retail team to support with order processing, allocating free gift and marketing materials
  • Customer Order Processing: Process and follow up on customer orders, including quotations, pricing, availability, and shipment confirmations.
  • Reputation Management : Monitor and address customer reviews and feedback to maintain a positive brand reputation.
