The successful candidate will be responsible for processing sales and purchase orders, coordinating with internal departments and external suppliers, and ensuring the smooth execution of sales operations and timely product delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the Sales Team.
  • Process sales orders (NC) and purchase orders accurately, track shipment status, and monitor inventory levels.
  • Coordinate and liaise between the Sales Department and other internal departments to ensure efficient operations and on‑time delivery of products.
  • Communicate with suppliers to follow up on order status, shipping schedules, and delivery arrangements.
Requirements
  • Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales coordination or administrative support.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Meticulous, well‑organized, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience with order management systems will be an added advantage.
