Qualifications

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide admin support on daily sales operations.
  • Responding to customer enquiries and requests via phone, email and chat in a professional and timely manner
  • Keep customers informed about their order status and resolve any issues related to order processing
  • Assisting with the coordination of appointments / Orders / Procurement
  • Perform any other assigned projects and duties.
  • Able to work in a face paced environment.
  • Able to communicate well in English / Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers.
  • Knowledge in IT Field Preferred
Job Requirements
