Basic + Commission

1. Sales and Customer Engagement

• Proactively engage with customers to understand their photography needsand preferences.
• Provide expert guidance and recommendations on camera products, lenses, and accessories.
• Demonstrate camera features and functionalities to potential buyers.
• Close sales and meet or exceed sales targets.

2. Product Knowledge

• Maintain a deep understanding of camera's product line, including thelatest models, features, and technology.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitive products.
• Conduct product training sessions for colleagues and customers.

3. Customer Service

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Handle inquiries, concerns, and warranty‑related issues with professionalism and efficiency.
• Assist customers in troubleshooting and basic camera operations.

4. Sales Support

• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall store sales objectives.
• Assist in inventory management, restocking, and visual merchandising.
• Participate in marketing campaigns and promotions to drive sales.

5. Technical Expertise

• Stay current with the technical aspects of camera systems, including sensor technology, lens specifications, and imaging software.
• Offer technical advice and support to customers, especially advanced photographers.

6. Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
• Prepare regular sales reports for management.

7. Teamwork

• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment within the sales team.
• Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues.
