Responsibilities
  • 1) Charismatic and skilled person, responsible for approaching potential clients to inform them about our products and services, building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients to ensure their business in the future.
  • 2) Have excellent interpersonal skills and experience in sales and with sales knowledge to create a compelling sales pitch.
  • 3) Prospect and generate leads through market research, networking, and cold calling to identify potential clients interested in aesthetic lighting solutions.
  • 4) Contact potential and existing clients on the phone, by email, and in person, and understand their lighting requirements, preferences, and budgets.
  • 5) Maintained quality service to enforce company standards, handled client questions, inquiries, and complaints and conducted thorough assessments of client spaces to determine optimal lighting solutions, including product selection, placement, and customisation options.
  • 6) Collaborate closely with the design and technical teams to develop customised lighting proposals and presentations tailored to each client's needs. Present and demonstrate the company’s lighting products and solutions to clients, effectively articulating the features, benefits, and value proposition.
  • 7) Have a proven track record in sales, a deep understanding of lighting technologies and trends, and exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • 8) A dynamic and results-oriented candidate specializing in aesthetic lighting solutions and staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to effectively position the company’s products in the market.
  • 9) Prepare and send quotes and proposals and manage the sales process through the sales order processing system. Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for regular review and analysis.
  • 10) Deep understanding of lighting technologies, trends, and applications, with the ability to provide technical advice, and create compelling sales pitches and solutions to clients.
  • 11) Build and maintain the client database and meet the monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the management.
  • 12) Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote the company’s brand and expand its market presence.
