Job description

We are looking for a proactive and driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in our B2C sales efforts—engaging with prospective customers, conducting consultations, handling inquiries, and guiding leads through the sales funnel. You will also actively support sales activities during events and work closely with the Sales Manager to meet monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Consultations: Conduct in-person and virtual consultations to help customers understand our aviation programs and identify the best fit for their interests and goals.
  • Lead Engagement: Contact potential customers via phone, email, and messaging platforms to answer inquiries, follow up on interest, and encourage visits to the facility.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Move leads through the sales pipeline from inquiry to enrollment, ensuring timely follow-ups and a high conversion rate.
  • Event Support: Assist in planning and executing events at Aeroviation. Participate actively in sales-related activities during events to generate and convert leads.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with and support the Sales Manager in achieving departmental targets, preparing reports, and maintaining CRM data.
  • Customer Service: Maintain a high standard of customer service and represent Aeroviation professionally in all interactions.
