Responsibilities
  • Respond to and track customer inquiries, quotations, purchase orders, and payment collections to maintain strong customer service
  • Process all sales orders and deliveries accurately and on time to meet customer expectations
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with suppliers and existing customers to support ongoing business
  • Assist the Sales Manager by managing schedules and distributing sales documentation to ensure organized workflows
  • Prepare and process sales orders and related documentation to support order fulfillment
  • Follow up on sales order statuses, coordinate with locally and overseas supplier to ensure smooth transactions
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with sales, finance, service, and applications teams to prevent errors and maintain operational efficiency
  • Support teamwork by assisting with phone support, sales-related activities / events local and overseas as needed
Required competencies and certifications
  • Minimum “A” Level or Diploma
  • Ability to work proactively and independently while collaborating effectively within a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence customers effectively
