With our commitment to quality service, operational excellence, and exceptional customer service, we are looking for a detail‑oriented and driven Sales Co‑Ordinator to join our dynamic team!

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle and respond to customer enquiries via email, telephone, referrals, and all other touch points.
• Prepare quotations and proposals guided by sales team.
• Process sales orders timely and accurately.
• Follow up on all quotations through outbound calls and emails to ensure completion of the sales cycle.
• Facilitate the preparation, verification, and distribution of technical documents and certificates.
• Liaise and coordinate with internal departments - operations, logistics, and technical workshop teams - to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Update inventory records and maintain proper documentation of sales‑related documents.
• Perform general administrative and clerical duties to support daily operations.
• Provide cross‑departmental support to ensure efficient day‑to‑day operations.
• Assist in managing the QOHS System (ISO 9001 & ISO 45001) and support related compliance activities.
• Perform any other ad‑hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirement

• Diploma/Degree in any discipline, marine/engineering related will be preferable.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong Customer Service orientation with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• A driven self‑starter who is independent, detailed and resourceful
• Works with initiative and has a positive attitude

Working hours:

Mon-Fri 8am to 5:15pm
Alt. Sat 8am to 12pm (WFH arrangement available)
