➡️ JOB DESCRIPTION

The ideal candidate will be the point of contact for Placement Consultants and customers. This candidate will be responsible for the management of employment agency office files and filing systems. Additionally, you will assist in liaising with service partners and the sales team to facilitate the arrival and deployment process.

➡️ RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Interview and manage biodata
  • Assist in liaising with service partners
  • Facilitate the arrival and deployment process
  • Preparation of deployment documents, answering and directing phone calls
  • Handling general office administration tasks.
  • Perform level 1 post-sales enquiries
➡️ QUALIFICATIONS
  • 'O' level or equivalent experience
  • 1+ year experience in sales/customer service related role
  • Well-organized with an aptitude in problem-solving
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Candidates with CEI certificate will have added-advantage
