Job summary

A dynamic sales firm based in Singapore is seeking an operations support professional. You will process sales documents, coordinate deliveries, and resolve customer issues effectively. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience in sales or operations-related roles and must possess GCE 'O' Levels or an equivalent qualification. This position requires strong communication skills in English and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Process quotations, sales orders, delivery orders, purchase orders, and invoices accurately.

  • Resolve customer complaints and discrepancies promptly.
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales & Service department.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Use Microsoft Office applications to prepare documents and reports.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in written and spoken English.
