• Provide personalized service by assisting walk-in customers with eyewear selection and basic vision testing support
• Maintain attractive product displays through regular merchandising, shelf restocking, and store cleanliness

• Promote special offers and participate in marketing campaigns
• Update and maintain customer records while providing basic after-sales follow-up
