• Industry/ Organization Type: Wholesale and Retail Textile/ Apparel Industry
• Position Title: Retail Sales Assistant
• Working Location: Central - City Hall / Orchard / Marina Bay Sands
• Working Hours: 5 days / Roster Shift – AM: 9.30am-7pm or PM: 12pm-9.30pm
• Salary Package: Basic Up to SGD 2400 + Allowances + Incentive + Commission + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customer inquiries promptly and professionally
• Recommend suitable in-store products based on customer needs
• Conduct simple product presentations, highlighting key features and after-care information
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases
• Ensure product displays and stock areas are clean, tidy, and well-organized at all times
