Job summary

A prominent serviced apartments provider in Singapore is seeking a Sales and Marketing Executive to develop marketing strategies and manage client relationships. The role requires strong communication skills and a proven background in sales within the hospitality industry. Candidates should possess at least a diploma or degree (depending on nationality) and be proficient in tools like Little Hotelier and Xero. The working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM and Saturday from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

Position: Sales and Marketing Executive
Location: Singapore

Important Notes:

  1. Prior work experience in Singapore is an advantage.

  2. Selected candidate must work and reside in Singapore.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to retain existing clients and attract new corporate and individual customers.

  • Increase market share and maximize profitability in alignment with company goals.

  • Coordinate property viewings with tenants and potential clients, presenting and showcasing property features professionally.

  • Prepare sales documents (quotations, service agreements, invoices) for review by the Head of Department (HOD) prior to client submission.

  • Ensure timely payment follow-ups and maintain accurate sales records.

  • Manage check-in and check-out processes in coordination with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

  • Handle client feedback and complaints professionally, resolving issues promptly with supervisors.

  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with current and potential clients to secure long-term collaborations.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and improve strategies.

  • Manage and update social media platforms, OTA listings, and digital marketing content to strengthen online visibility.

  • Monitor room inventory, pricing strategies, and booking performance on Little Hotelier to optimize occupancy and revenue.

  • Provide support during peak periods or emergencies, which may require extended working hours.

Requirements
  • Malaysians: Minimum Degree in any field.

  • Singaporeans/PRs: Minimum Diploma in any field.

  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

  • Proven track record in sales and marketing, preferably within hospitality or serviced apartments.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

  • Familiarity with market research, data analysis, and reporting techniques.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Experience with Little Hotelier (reservations/inventory management) and Xero (invoicing/payment tracking).

  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and basic design/editing software will be an added advantage.

  • Saturday: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
