Job Description on Sales aspect
  • Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
  • Facilitate communication between operation and sales manager
  • Handle day to day project administration such as quotation, invoice etc.
  • Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
  • Coordinate with driver on order delivery and delivery pickup
  • Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
  • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
  • Handle various import and export for overseas orders
  • Perform ad-hoc task given by sales manager
Job Description on Marketing aspect
  • Coordinate the production of marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Support the planning and execution of trade shows.
  • Conduct basic market research and analyse campaign performance metrics.
  • Manage updates and content for the company website and blog.
  • Provide administrative support on the marketing function, including budget tracking, vendor coordination, and scheduling.
Job Requirement
  • Min 1 year requirement in admin related job
  • Speak English and Mandarin. (As most Warehouse staff is from Mainland China. Speaking mandarin is a must for communication purpose)
  • Staying in the West side of SG would be preferred
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • A proactive attitude, keen attention to detail, and a willingness to learn
  • Able to use Microsoft excel, words and email
  • Proficient in software to facilitate daily work process
  • Basic proficiency with marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, Google Analytics) is a plus
