Deliver a luxury shopping experience and build long-term client relationships
Advise customers on gold & jewellery products with confidence
Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling & clienteling
Maintain high standards of store presentation & visual merchandising
Support daily store operations: cashiering, inventory, reporting
Uphold grooming standards and represent the brand with pride
Strong retail background (luxury preferred but NOT required)
Good communication skills and strong customer-service approach
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong clienteling skills
44 hours per week; 5 days
Locations: Jewel Changi, Changi Airport, Serangoon, Jurong Point
