A leading sales and service provider in Singapore is seeking a dedicated sales professional to manage product sales and customer interactions. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, along with excellent communication and phone skills. Responsibilities
  • Responsible for product sales

  • Actively call existing and prospective customers

  • Respond promptly to customer requests, enquiries and orders received via phone, fax, email and retrieval from online portals

  • Raise sales orders/delivery orders/invoices timely and accurately

  • Ensure a smooth and accurate management of order fulfillment and processing orders from customers including management of day-to-day delivery schedule

  • Ensure customers pay on time

  • Any other tasks as and when assigned

Requirements
  • At least 2 years of working experiences in sales & marketing or related field is required for this position

  • Able to multi-task

  • Good communication & interpersonal skills

  • Good phone skills

  • Honest, positive disposition, customer-focused & result-oriented

  • Self-motivated & possess initiative

  • Proactive, accurate & flexible

  • Required Skill(s): Computer Skills

  • Knowledge of SAP preferred

Other Details
  • Able to start work immediately

  • Working days: Mondays to Fridays (FWA may be available upon request)

  • Working hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
