Job summary

A dynamic audiovisual solutions provider in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Admin Support to enhance the efficiency of its sales team. The role includes managing inquiries, supporting contract management, and ensuring accurate recording of sales activities. Candidates should possess strong administrative skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a keen attention to detail. Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Admin Support to support our sales team. The role also involves handling enquiries, providing excellent customer service, manage contracts, source and assign leads, maintain accurate records, and provide admin support to ensure smooth operations.

What you'll be doing
  • Review tender documents to extract relevant requirements for distribution to relevant stakeholders for follow up actions

  • Assist in preparing Bill of Materials (BOM), filling up tender-related forms, and compiling complete tender submission documents.

  • Monitor tender timelines and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure submission deadlines are met

  • Draft and prepare maintenance contracts in accordance with agreed terms.

  • Maintain contract records and track renewals or updates as required.

  • Source through various portals to identify relevant leads and assigned out to the appropriate sales personnel

  • Ensure all incoming leads from various channels are promptly logged and assigned to the appropriate sales personnel

  • Provide administrative support to the Sales Team to facilitate smooth day-to-day operations.

  • Ensure accurate and organized documentation of all sales and tender activities.

  • Liaise with internal departments and external parties as needed to support sales processes.

  • Guide Sales Team on file management and proper documentation practices and usage of sales toolkits

What we're looking for
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is required for regular liaison with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, with attention to detail

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications

  • A positive, and proactive attitude

  • Min Diploma in any discipline
