Main Responsibilities
  • Assist the sales team by managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements. Handle client inquiries and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Prepare sales orders and invoices, and manage the processing of orders to support sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate customer databases, calculate sales figures, and generate sales reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Monitor project WhatsApp group chats, record meeting minutes, and draft internal communications such as memos and newsletters.
  • Oversee daily operations, including filing, procuring pantry/stationery supplies, managing cheques (including "Drop Cheque" tasks), and organizing corporate entertainment.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage administrative functions and follow up on action items.
