Job summary

A leading advisory firm in Singapore seeks an Administrative Assistant to handle quotations, purchase orders, and customer coordination. The ideal candidate should have O-level & NITEC qualifications, relevant experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365. Responsibilities

  • Prepare quotations, purchase orders, and invoices.
  • Assist Sales Manager with administration tasks.
  • Document and comprehend customer requirements.
  • Source goods to meet customer needs.
  • Coordinate logistics for delivery.
  • Prepare and submit reports.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
Experience with Autocount or Odoo

Overview

Work Location: Toh Guan Road (near IMM) - Jurong East

Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday

Salary Range: $ 2,200 to S$ 2,500

Job responsibilities
  • Responsible to prepare the quotations, purchase orders, picking lists, invoices and delivery orders.
  • Assist the Sales Manager / Executives in the administration of PO and contracts, and to ensure that these requirements are fulfilled as per contractual requirement.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure that customer\'s requirements are documented and fully comprehended.
  • Sourcing of goods to meet customer\'s requirements.
  • Coordinate with Logistics Supervisor and Store to ensure goods are delivered to customers as per customer\'s requirement.
  • Prepare and submit assigned reports.
  • Other Ad Hoc duties as and when require by department Manager.
Qualifications
  • With O-level & NITEC is preferable
  • Relevant working experience and ISO9001:2018 is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft (Office) 365
  • Preferrable experience with Autocount (and/or Odoo) System
  • Training provided
