Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

  • Customer Inquiries: Help respond to basic customer inquiries, providing information or directing them to the appropriate person.
  • Order Processing: Assist in entering and processing customer orders, ensuring details are recorded correctly.
  • Data Entry:Support data entry tasks, including downloading and verifying information from driver handheld devices.
  • Invoice Support: Help prepare and issue invoices, ensuring they are accurate and sent out on time.
  • System Support:Assist with uploading sales data into the Navision system.
  • E-Invoice Assistance: Support the process of submitting e-invoices to customers.
  • Driver Coordination: Assist with coordinating driver schedules and deliveries.
  • General Admin Tasks: Perform routine administrative duties, such as filing, document organization, and managing sales & marketing work supplies.

Marketing Support:

  • Marketing PO and Invoice Support: Help manage marketing-related purchase orders and invoices.
  • OOS Monitoring:Assist in tracking out-of-stock (OOS) items and reporting them.
  • Customer Complaints Tracking: Help log and follow up on customer complaints.
  • Marketing Activities Support: Provide assistance with marketing events, promotions, and other activities.
