Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Manage distributor of BYD passenger vehicles to ensure smooth operation and set targets are met.
  • Analyze sales performance data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Regularly monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions as necessary.
  • Work with internal departments and external vendors/ channel partners in various projects.
  • Be involved in the preparation of quotations, pitches, proposals and presentations to clients.
  • Ensure business administration/billing are properly monitored and carried out.
  • Oversee leasing and partnership businesses when opportunities arise.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and company policies in sales.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales and marketing or any relevant field.
  • Deep understanding of electric vehicle technology, market dynamics, and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders to achieve results.
  • A good team‑player, with strong negotiation, networking and client‑retention skills.
  • Passion for electric vehicles and sustainable technology is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and sales analytics tools.
