Position:

Safety Specialist

Contract Duration:

12 Months

Experience: 2+

  • Work Location: Remote (within Singapore only)
  • Working Days: 5 days per week (includes 1 weekend day)
  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM SGT
  • Training Period: 6 to 8 weeks
  • No planned leaves are allowed during the training period
  • Maximum Pay Rate: SGD 5500 per month

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle highly sensitive Trust & Safety cases with accuracy, discretion, and sound judgment.
  • Assess safety‑related incidents and take appropriate actions in line with policies and procedures.
  • Conduct case investigations involving potential risk, harm, or policy violations.
  • Participate in role‑play scenarios as part of the interview and training process.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure safety standards and escalation protocols are followed.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of cases handled.
Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in:
  • Trust & Safety operations
  • Highly sensitive case management roles (e.g., Singapore Police Force, law enforcement, emergency response, investigations, risk management, compliance).
  • Strong decision‑making and critical‑thinking skills.
  • Ability to handle distressing or sensitive content in a professional manner.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup within Singapore.
