Job description
1. Facilities Management
  • Manage the maintenance and upkeep of office facilities and equipment
  • Coordinate with service providers (e.g. cleaning, M&E, security) for scheduled works and repairs
  • Conduct periodic facility inspections and ensure timely resolution of issues
2. Workplace Safety & Compliance
  • Monitor compliance with workplace safety regulations (e.g. WSH Act)
  • Maintain safety documentation, incident reports, and risk assessments
  • Conduct fire drills and emergency preparedness exercises
  • Ensure safety-related licenses, equipment checks, and trainings are up to date
3. ISO Auditing & Documentation
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO management systems (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 45001)
  • Conduct internal audits and prepare documentation in accordance with ISO standards
  • Assist in identifying non-conformities and follow up with corrective actions
  • Coordinate with external auditors during surveillance and certification audits
4. Tenant & Space Management
  • Serve as point of contact for tenants on operational and facility-related matters
  • Manage tenant feedback, requests, and space usage
  • Coordinate move-ins/move-outs, access control, and renovations
  • Monitor use of common areas and enforce building policies
5. General Operations Support
  • Support other administrative and logistical needs of the operations department
Requirements:
  • At least Diploma in Business Admin, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in office management
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Good communications and openness
