Workplace Safety and Health (50%)
- Act as the main WSH Officer for production sites
- Develop and implement safety procedures, regulations and best practices
- Conduct safety audits, inspections and risk assessments
- Promote a strong WSH culture across all teams
- Recommend and support improvements to site installations and processes from a safety perspective
- Ensure relevant compliance WSH certifications and licensing processes
Facilities Management (50%)
- Supervise and coordinate all maintenance activities across production sites
- Manage service contracts and ensure vendors deliver quality and timely support
- Identify and select appropriate service providers or contractors
- Perform minor repairs and troubleshooting when required
- Ensure all systems are compliant with local regulations and meet the required standard (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
- Administer and document all maintenance works and schedules
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (MEP related)
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role, combining technical maintenance and safety responsibilities (manufacturing, construction, or oil & gas industry)
- Knowledgeable in electrical systems, plumbing and HVAC
- Competent with local building codes and safety regulations
- Certified in Workplace Safety and Health regulation, or willing to pursue in this area (registered with MOM as workplace safety and health officer is an advantage)
- Good command in written and conversational English language
- Proficient in other languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Malay, or Mandarin)
