Job summary

A safety engineering company in Singapore is searching for an experienced Safety Officer to ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) laws. The role involves conducting risk assessments, safety inspections, and audits, while also investigating accidents and advising management on safety policies. Candidates should have a Diploma in Engineering, strong English and Mandarin skills, and at least 2 years of related experience. Certification by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) is required. Experience with Fire Prevention & Protection Systems is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Mandarin - in order to liaise with Chinese speaking associates.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Must be registered / certified (e.g. MOM-registered in Singapore).
• Prior experience with Fire Prevention & Protection Systems will be an added advantage.
