Responsibilities

• Collect data on WSH performance to enhance safety standards.
• Conduct emergency response drills with the FSM.
• Perform routine checks on work activities for safety concerns.
• Compile non-compliance findings for the Safety Manager.
• Conduct safety inductions for new personnel.
• Report WSH non-compliance to management.
• Support actions to improve WSH performance.
• Collaborate with other safety personnel.
• Conduct daily TBM.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Collect data on WSH performance, conditions, and practices to enhance overall safety standards.
• Collaborate with the FSM to conduct emergency response drills, fostering a proactive approach to safety.
• Perform routine checks on work activities and workers to identify and address potential safety concerns.
• Compile all non-compliance findings weekly and submit to the Safety Manager.
• Conduct safety inductions and orientations for all new personnel
• Report instances of WSH non-compliance, unsafe work conditions, and practices to team members and higher management.
• Provide support in implementing actions to continually improve WSH performance across the organization.
• Work closely with the other safety personnel and safety officer
• Conduct daily TBM
• Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
