Key Responsibilities Summary
- Provide full-time site safety supervision for semiconductor facility projects.
- Apply for and manage Work Permits in accordance with project and statutory requirements.
- Prepare, review, and maintain RA / MOS / SWP documentation.
- Conduct Toolbox Meetings and routine safety briefings.
- Maintain safety records in full compliance with ISO 45001.
- Coordinate safety training and liaise with external training providers.
Job Description
- Assist in the implementation, review, and continuous improvement of the company’s Integrated Management System (IMS).
- Provide full-time site safety supervision at project sites, mainly within semiconductor cleanroom and high-tech facility environments.
- Apply for, track, and manage Work Permits to ensure compliance with MOM, NEA, and client requirements.
- Prepare, review, and implement key safety documentation such as Risk Assessments (RA), Method of Statements (MOS), and Safe Work Procedures (SWP).
- Organise and conduct Toolbox Meetings, safety briefings, and awareness programmes.
- Perform routine site inspections and ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health Act, ISO standards, and client-specific safety policies (e.g., Micron).
- Conduct site safety audits, inspections, investigations, and prepare reports with corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure all safety-related certifications, permits, and documentation are current and effectively maintained.
- Maintain all safety records in accordance with ISO 45001 requirements.
- Coordinate and arrange third-party safety training for site personnel.
- Support environmental compliance activities, including NEA-related ECO tasks when required.
- Carry out any other ad hoc duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in environmental control, safety supervision, or environmental management preferably within semiconductor facilities, cleanrooms, pharmaceutical, or high-tech environments.
- Diploma in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related discipline.
- MOM-registered WSH Coordinator .
- Strong understanding of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, WSH Act, and relevant Singapore regulations.
- Good communication, coordination, reporting, and documentation skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment.
- Candidates with semiconductor project experience will be given priority.
- Able to start immediately or within short notice.
