As part of the art team, you will manage all stages of visual development, including concept creation and polished in-game assets. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Adobe Photoshop, possess strong character design skills, and be familiar with AIGC tools like Midjourney. Qualifications

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong fundamentals in character design, lighting, and color composition.
• Open-minded toward AI-assisted workflows; familiar with Midjourney or similar tools.
• Understanding of Spine or willingness to learn 2D skeletal animation.
• Comfortable working with technical teams on Unity and shader details.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Genuine curiosity and passion for both playing and creating RPGs.
• Able to work full-time on-site in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Design original characters, items, and symbols defining the game’s world.
• Develop UI assets, icons, and interface elements.
• Produce character animations and skill effects.
• Use AIGC tools for generating concept ideas.
• Collaborate with programmers for asset integration.
• Contribute ideas for visual polish and effects.
