Job summary

A leading risk management consultancy in Singapore seeks a candidate to assist in updating the risk management portal and support quarterly reporting. Responsibilities include coordinating with various teams to ensure data accuracy and developing dashboards.   • Assist with updating and maintaining portal by organizing risk management content, creating user-friendly materials, and ensuring information remains accessible for the organization.

  • Support the quarterly KRI reporting cycle by tracking data submissions from risk owners, sending reminders, consolidating inputs, and assisting with basic report preparation.

  • Coordinate between risk management team and technical teams to develop KRI dashboards, checking data accuracy and documenting updates.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Information Systems, or related field

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in risk management, governance, compliance, or business operations

  • Familiarity with data analytics tools and visualization techniques (e.g., Excel, PowerBI, Tableau).

  • Basic understanding of enterprise risk management frameworks and governance processes.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Strong communication, content creation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.

  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in event logistics and project coordination.

  • Experience coordinating between multiple stakeholders or supporting administrative operations.

  • Interest in technology applications in risk management (e.g., dashboards, automation).

  • Experience with content creation or portal/website maintenance.

Contract Details

This is a 1-year Contract position under People Advantage(Certis Group).
