Qualifications

  • Strong track record in RF, digital, and analog hardware design.
  • Experience in guiding schematic capture, BOM, Gerber, and PCBA bring-up.
  • Proficiency in RF/Wi-Fi system testing and troubleshooting.
  • Leadership skills to guide cross-functional engineering teams.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, testing, and production handover of advanced RF, digital, and analog hardware systems.
  • Achieve working prototypes within 6–9 months.
  • Ensure system performance meets 802.11 standards.
  • Oversee PCBA bring-up, test, calibration, QA, and production readiness.
  • Solve complex technical challenges in high-frequency circuit design.
