Job description

• Greet and assist walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Share basic product information with customers (training will be provided).

• Explain the features and benefits of electric potential therapy and wellness products.

• Support team sales activities and contribute to shared sales goals.

• Provide after-sales support and follow up with customers when needed.

• Work together with the team on marketing activities and in-store customer experiences.
