Job summary

A leading retail company in Singapore is looking for a Brand Ambassador to support daily operations and achieve sales targets. You will manage customer interactions, ensure excellent service, and maintain store displays. Ideal candidates are energetic, proactive, and have strong communication skills, especially in Chinese for catering to tourist groups. This full-time role requires working 44 hours per week, including weekends and public holidays.

Job Description

• Support day-to-day retail operations as a Brand Ambassador.
• Achieve Individual sales and Store sales targets.
• Perform cashiering duties and various payment transactions in-store.
• Manage in-store visual merchandising display and floor-set changes.
• Keep abreast of product knowledge, sales & customer service whilst providing excellent WOW service experience to customers.
• Work with the Manager to best handle customer complaints.
