Job description
Scope of Work:
  • Maintain constant communication between management and staff, to ensure proper operations of the organization.
  • Achieve consistency across all outlets in terms of great customer experience, service standards and customer satisfaction.
  • You will be required to travel, carrying out supervisory responsibilities by streamline operational processes from outlet to outlet.
  • Provide ground leadership to guide, motivate and support the workforce and to nurture a culture of quality customer service, good work safety, house keeping practices and continuous learning.
  • Manage manpower scheduling and upcoming operational projects.
  • Plan operations, customer’s complaint, service promotion / marketing and customer service training of our frontline staffs.
  • Identify operational issues, highlight and propose solutions to address and overcome it.
  • Set up and conduct audits on housekeeping, inventory and customer experience.
  • Work closely with Management Team to set and/or implement policies, procedures and systems and to follow through with implementation.

Requirements:
