As our Kids Tech Experience Specialist, you’ll be the star of the show—demonstrating cool gadgets, guiding parents through the features and creating unforgettable moments for kids and families.

Who We’re Looking For

• You LOVE kids! You’re patient, kind, and know how to make children feel happy and safe.
• You’re a natural storyteller who can explain tech in a fun, simple way.
• You’re friendly & approachable—parents and kids feel comfortable with you instantly.
• You’re energetic & proactive—you don’t just wait for people to come to you; you go create the magic!
• Able to speak English (and Mandarin is a plus!)
• Experience with retail, kids’ products, or tech is a bonus —but not a must.

Responsibilities

• Engage parents and children to introduce and demo kids’ tech products
• Explain features clearly and recommend suitable options
• Drive sales and meet daily/monthly targets
• Maintain product displays and ensure stock readiness
• Support events or roadshows when required
