• Oversee SKU and stock inventory management for each shop/outlet based on their floor plans.
• Motivate and lead sales staff to meet their individual and outlet sales targets.
• Organize and plan sales promotions for shops and coordinate with department stores for their events.
• Manage and respond to customer feedback and inquiries.
• Monitor customer feedback and develop strategies to reduce complaints.
• Analyze competitors’ sales and merchandising strategies.

Job description

Sales Manager Job Scope and Responsibilities:

1. Manpower Management

• Plan and oversee the manpower for shops and outlets to ensure smooth daily operations.
