Support sales performance, budgeting, retail operations, and administrative tasks.
Deliver quality customer service and assist with merchandising and promotional activities.
Ensure accuracy and proper handling of sales transactions and receipts.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships, including providing updates on products and promotions.
Maintain store cleanliness and visual standards in accordance with company guidelines.
Manage stock levels according to company inventory policies and participate in regular stock takes.
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
Minimum secondary school qualification (or equivalent).
At least 2 years of relevant experience in a retail environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required.
