  • Manages the workload of the operations team to meet goalsand deadlines.
  • Create a variety of ongoing promotional activities toincrease sales. This may include training staff to upsell items.
  • Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives bycontributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategicplans and reviews.
  • Achieves marketing and sales financial objectives byforecasting needs and preparing an annual budget.
  • Assists top management in setting goals that promotecompany growth.
  • Executes plans to achieve company goals by changingpolicies and coaching employees.
  • Identifies areas for improvement and plans and implementssystems to increase company effectiveness.
  • Oversees daily security operations functions.
  • Provides advice and guidance to colleagues.
  • Enhances existing systems and policies.
  • Promotes and enforces workplace safety.
  • Responsible for operational paperwork and annualevaluation.
  • Responsible for daily roster planning/hiring process forstore personnel.
  • Must be willing to work physically to load and unloaditems and inventory.
  • Replenish products on display shelves and areas asassigned.
  • Works closely with other departments
  • Inspect & account for damaged stock, tabulate balancestock & tidy up item displays.
  • Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
  • Needs communicate effectively in English at a business level to perform daily operations utilize.
  • Even better good proficiency in Japanese as business level.
