Qualifications

• At least 6 years of retail operations experience, handling commercial buildings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Commercial Operations team to enhance asset value across the portfolio.
• Ensure smooth operation of essential services and maintenance programs.
• Review and implement annual Asset Plans for all properties.
• Oversee lease administration and tenant relationship management.
• Prepare annual Operating and CapEx budgets with forecasts.
