Job summary

A leading jewellery retailer in Singapore is seeking a Retail Executive to enhance customer experience and manage daily operations. The successful candidate will assist customers in selecting jewellery, maintain excellent relationships, and ensure smooth transactions. A minimum ITE Diploma and at least 1 year of retail experience is required, preferably in the jewellery or luxury goods sector. The role requires good communication skills and the flexibility to work retail hours.

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting jewellery and provide professional product advice.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service.
• Handle customer transactions and ensure accuracy in cash and inventory records.
• Support store operations such as display arrangements, stock replenishment, and housekeeping.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field is an advantage but not mandatory.
