Customer Service & Sales

• Provide friendly and helpful service to customers during their jewellery selection.
• Share product knowledge and assist with after-sales support and basic repair enquiries.
• Support sales by recommending suitable products based on customer needs.

Store Operations

• Help with daily store tasks such as stock handling, display setup, and keeping the store clean and tidy.
• Follow store procedures, including opening and closing routines.
• Assist in stock counts and inventory checks.

Visual Merchandising

• Support the setup and maintenance of product displays according to brand guidelines.
• Learn basic jewellery display techniques to attract customer attention and improve sales.

Sales Support & Admin Duties

• Process customer purchases using the POS system and handle transactions accurately.
• Assist with customer data entry and general administrative tasks.
• Support in-store promotions, campaigns, and events when required.
