Responsibilities include managing inventory and ensuring high customer service standards. The ideal candidate should have store operations experience, enjoy customer interaction in a retail environment, and be able to handle products weighing up to 15 kg. This role involves a 6-day work week with rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant store operations experience.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods while providing attentive customer service.
• Enjoys engaging and interacting with customers in a dynamic retail environment.
• Able to handle and carry products weighing between 10–15 kg.

Responsibilities

• Oversee departmental sales and profitability, ensuring achievement of budget and stretch targets.
• Manage inventory levels and stock holding days through effective ordering practices.
• Plan and execute sales strategies, focusing on promotional and seasonal items.
• Prepare weekly rosters and manage manpower in line with promotions.
• Train, coach, and develop team members through on-the-job training.
• Maintain high standards in shelf ticketing, product display, and customer service.
• Ensure a conducive shopping environment that enhances customer satisfaction.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
