Job description

Responsibilities

• Manage cash and sales transactions in dining facilities
• Promote services, improve customer satisfaction, answer inquiries, report to the Supervisor, greet customers, collect payment and give accurate change
• Collect and ensure accuracy involving foreign currency exchange
• Count the contents of the cash register drawer at the end of each shift, maintain receipts and records, complete withdrawals, and deposit cash collections into the safe deposit box at the end of the shift
• Perform any other ad-hoc assignment or project as instructed by your supervisor

Qualifications

• GCE N or O level
• At least 1 year of cashiering experience
• A professional appearance
• Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
• The ability to read and write English
• The ability to stand for extended periods of time
• The ability to work rotating shifts in a Changi Airport environment
