DORS at Design Orchard is a multi-label retail concept showcasing over 80 Singapore and regional designers across fashion, lifestyle, beauty, and homeware. We are seeking passionate and driven individuals to join our frontline team as we continue to redefine the retail experience and champion local and regional brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers, delivering an exceptional in-store experience that reflects the DORS brand.
• Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction through attentive, personalized service.
• Build lasting client relationships by leveraging CRM tools and engaging in authentic storytelling of our brands and products.
• Maintain and grow a loyal customer base through proactive client management and follow-ups.
• Drive sales to achieve individual and store targets, maximizing every opportunity to upsell and cross-sell.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, product knowledge, and ongoing promotions to provide informed recommendations to customers.
• Support day-to-day store operations, including cashiering, housekeeping, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising standards.
• Assist with inventory management, including stock-taking and transfers.
• Uphold safety, security, and administrative procedures at all times.
• Support store events, brand activations, and campaigns to enhance the customer experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager or Retail Operations team.
