  • Position: Retail Associate/ Assistant
  • Location: Changi Airport / Jewel
  • Working Days: 5 days work week
  • Working Timing: shift work 6am - 12am
  • Transport: Transport will be provided for first and last Shift
  • Starting Salary: $2200 - $2500+ Commission (average $450-$1250)

The Role
  • Reporting to the Operation Manager.
  • Managing day-to-day store operations.
  • Delivering an exceptional in-store experience to customers.
  • Achieving monthly sales targets
  • Promote and demonstrate to tourist & walk-in.
  • Handle customer inquiries and explain product benefits effectively.
  • Manage the POS system, payments, and cash handling.
  • Oversee in-store inventory and conduct regular stock checks.
  • Coordinate with the back-end office on sales matters.
  • Address customer feedback and provide excellent after-sales service.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate daily sales records.
  • Ensure the store is clean and well-organized.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
Requirements
  • GCE 'O' Level with at least 1-2 years of retail experience
  • Able to commit to shift work retail hours, including weekends & public holidays.
