Position Title: Retail Assistant Manager (F&B)

Salary Range: SGD 3,300 – 4,000

Job Responsibilities
  • Be responsible for the daily shift management of the restaurant to maintain smooth operations and ensure service quality.
  • Organize, check, track, and follow up on the daily operations of the restaurant, control various costs to increase profitability, and ensure stable performance.
  • Develop and implement effective staff training plans to enhance teamwork efficiency and service standards.
  • Supervise and guide staff on daily work processes, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, handle feedback promptly, and maintain positive customer relationships to achieve high satisfaction levels.
  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in operational planning, marketing activities, and coordination between outlets.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management to support business needs.
Position Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in any discipline.
  • At least 1–2 years of relevant work experience in the F&B industry; experience in chain restaurant shift management will be advantageous.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Passionate about the F&B industry, proactive, and responsible.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in both Mandarin and English is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking team members, customers, and handle Mandarin-language menus and operational materials.
  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required by operational needs.
