Profile

We are looking for a motivated and customer‑oriented Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. The Retail Sales Assistant plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations of the retail store while delivering exceptional customer service. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine interest in mobile and electronic devices.

Job Descriptions

• Responsible for day‑to‑day retail operations.
• Deliver high quality and standards of service to customers.
• Proactively engage and attend to walk‑in wala‑customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Handle inquiries and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide after‑sales support, including assistance with repair‑related matters.
• Perform cashiering duties.
• Receive, process, and organize incoming goods/deliveries.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and product displays in Autoballer store.
• Support the team with ad‑hoc duties as and when required.

Requirements

• Customer service-oriented and willing to go the extra mile.
• Possesses a professional and cheerful attitude.
• Energetic, outgoing, and friendly personality.
• Passion for mobile and electronic devices will be highly advantageous.
