Job summary

A traditional medicine company in Singapore is seeking a part-time Retail Assistant to handle customer payments, assist in retail operations, and manage patient interactions. The ideal candidate should have experience in customer service, a positive attitude, and be committed to working on weekends and public holidays. A background in the TCM industry is an advantage. The position offers a salary of $10 per hour.

Qualifications

  • Committed and service-oriented personality.
  • Must be able to commit on Weekends and Public Holidays.
  • Preferably able to identify herbs.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer payments using POS system.
  • Assist in all other retail operation duties.
  • Handle patient’s management system.
  • Manage incoming walk-in patients and phone calls.
  • Perform administrative ad-hoc duties as assigned.
